Children may be enrolled at the Welcome Centers on weekdays with a parent or guardian present. The process can be started online coming soon.

The following documents are needed to register new students:

• Birth certificate or other proof of child's age

• Photo ID of parent/guardian

• Proof of residence

• Immunization record (must have current TB test)

• Physicals for first grade (must be within 18 months prior to entering first grade)

• Completed District Enrollment Packet

• 4, Polio

• 5, DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis)

• 2, MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) both given on or after first birthday

• 3, HEP/B (Hepatitis B)

• 2, Varicella or proof of having had Chicken Pox

• 1, TB Skin Test – given and read within a year of starting Kindergarten or entering from out of state

• 1, TDAP given after 7
