Dear Parents and Guardians,
The City of Coalinga is excited to invite you and your family to our National Night Out celebration on Tuesday, August 5th at 5:30 PM! This annual event brings together families, neighbors, and local organizations for an evening dedicated to building a stronger, safer, and more connected community.
Hosted in a family-friendly atmosphere, Coalinga’s version of National Night Out will feature our annual free school supply giveaway to help kick off the new academic year on the right foot. Come early, as supplies are available while they last! There will also be a wide variety of food vendors offering delicious local eats and treats for the whole family to enjoy.
One of the evening’s highlights will be the exciting Police vs. Fire Department competition, a friendly showdown full of fun and spirited rivalry that kids and adults alike won’t want to miss. In addition to the competition, you'll have the opportunity to meet our local police officers and firefighters, and learn more about the important role public safety plays in our community.
Families can also enjoy games, music, interactive activities, and a festive environment that celebrates the unique spirit of Coalinga. It’s a perfect way to wrap up the summer, connect with others, and show your support for our schools and first responders.
