By forming and empowering a nearly 100-person #GuidingCoalition (including learners, teachers, parents, and even the mayor) to co-create the #CHUSD #FrameworkForTheFuture, Dr. Moore is ensuring that those closest to the work are contributing their experiences, hopes, and talents to a bold strategic plan.

As we get ready for a new school year, now is a great time to make sure your student is up to date on all required immunizations. Staying current on vaccinations helps protect your child and our entire school community.
📚 Before the first day of school, take a moment to:
✅ Check your student’s immunization records
✅ Make sure they have received all required vaccines for their grade level
✅ Submit updated immunization records to your school, if needed

Mr. Solorio began his #CHUSD leadership journey at Huron Elementary, where he served as a school counselor for about four years, building meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff. He then continued to grow as an educational leader while serving as Assistant Principal at #HuronMiddleSchool.
Now, he's returning to the place where it all began—bringing with him valuable leadership experience, a deep understanding of the Huron community, and an unwavering commitment to student success.

Through her dedication to students, collaborative spirit, and passion for education, she has made a lasting impact on the Sunset community.
For the last three years, Mrs. Seese has been a part of Sunset's leadership team, further preparing her for this exciting next step in educational leadership.
